At Being Commerce, we aim to provide quality live classes and course content. Please read this policy before making a payment.

  1. No Refund Policy
    All payments made for paid courses (CA, CS, BCom, BBA, MBA, MCom) are non-refundable once the batch access, Meet link, or group invite has been shared with the student.
  2. When Refund Applies
    A full refund will be given only in these cases: we cancel a batch entirely and do not deliver any live classes for it, you are charged but never get access to the course (technical/payment error from our side and not resolved), duplicate payment for the same course.
  3. Refund Request Window
    Refund requests (for cases above) must be raised within 7 days of payment by emailing support@beingcommerce.com with payment proof.
  4. Refund Processing Time
    Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
  5. Batch Change Instead of Refund
    If you’re unable to attend a batch, you can request to move to the next available batch for the same course (subject to availability) instead of a refund.
