Being Commerce is a digital education platform. We do not ship any physical products.

1. Free Resources
   Class 11 & 12 notes and videos are available instantly on our website – no delivery required.
2. Paid Course Access
   After successful payment, you will receive: Google Meet link and batch schedule, WhatsApp/Telegram group invite, login details (if applicable) for recordings/notes. These will be sent to your registered email and phone number within 24 hours of payment.
3. Certificate Delivery
   Completion certificates are issued digitally (PDF) via email after the course/batch ends and completion criteria are met.
4. Issues With Access
   If you don’t receive access within 24 hours, contact support@beingcommerce.com with your payment details.
